Circular on Development of 2005 National Bulk Cement Publicity Week
Bulk cement offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities:
For the purpose of implementing strategic thinking of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on developing circulating economy and realizing the sustainable development of social economy, National Bulk Cement Offices decides to carry out 2005 national bulk cement publicity week in June 2005 in accordance with relevant sectors’ deployment on energy-saving activity. Relevant matters are now notified as follows:
Theme of the Publicity Week: develop bulk cement and construct a society of energy saving and ecological environment preservation.
Time of the Publicity Week: from Jun 12, 2005 to Jun 18, 2005, which is the same with National Energy-saving Publicity Week.
Importance of the Publicity Week: during the publicity week, all relevant sectors should give importance to China’s resources situations of social economy development and the significance of bulk cement development to resource-saving, environmental protection, and the construction of a society of energy-saving and ecological environment preservation; publicize related policies on bulk cement development released by the State Council and relevant sectors, and give special emphasis to the significance and essentiality of implementation of national policies; actively propagate positive role of related policies (especially policy of special funds ) to development of bulk cement. All sectors should extend their propagation magnitude to rural – urban joints as well as villages and towns, promoting people’s cognitions on bulk cement development and consciousness to use bulk cement.
Requirements of Publicity Week: all local bulk cement offices should take initiative in reporting work of publicity week to local leaders and administrative departments of energy-saving publicity week, and carry out bulk cement publicity week together with national energy-saving publicity week to achieve good effects. All local areas may absorb the past experiences and make use of any possible means such as medias to carry out the publicity activity in line with local conditions and characteristics. New slogans may be put forward in light with local conditions with reference to those of publicity week of 2004. Achieved effects, model cases and relevant reflections from all walks of life shall be reported to National Bulk Cement Offices (Ministry of Commerce Department of Commercial Reform and Development) after the publicity week.
